It has been a wild and woolly winter. But there are signs of spring out there. Ice fishermen are hauling their fish houses off the lake as their beard thaws out. The sap will start running any day now so we can make maple syrup, and soon the bears will start to emerge from their winter dens.
A Hairy Difference
The hair on your face is not the same as the hair on your head. Facial hair is coarser than head hair. The main difference between is the difference in length and growth cycles, plus the skin under your beard is more sensitive than the skin on your scalp. That’s why we make bear beard balm. We talk a lot about products for women, but this one’s for you, guys. Whether it’s short and scruffy or long and luxurious, we want your beard to look and feel its best even when it’s under a mask.
Beard Balm
Beard balm acts as an all-in-one beard moisturizer, conditioner, and styling aid. It provides light-to-medium hold and as well as volume. Our bear balm contains shea butter, aloe vera gel, and a light, manly mix of essential oils (spearmint and eucalyptus).

Applying Beard Balm
If you have never used beard balm before, here’s how you apply it. Rub finger on balm in a circular motion until you have a dab about the size of a dime on your fingertip. Work it between your palm and fingers until the product feels warm and supple. Apply to beard, styling your beard into its desired shape.
So if you are emerging from a long winter of cold weather and masks, and your beard is dry and itchy, a little beard balm will make it look groomed and smell great.
