Sweetie Pie Soaps ships orders between 8:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m Central Time. We ship on Saturdays, but not on Sundays or holidays.
Sweetie Pie Soaps ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped between 1 to 3 business days depending primarily on the time of day the order was placed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing information about the shipment and tracking. You can typically expect to receive your order anywhere between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
For expedited shipping, please contact us before completing your order and we will send up an updated shipping price.
Sweetie Pie Soaps currently only ships to the continental United States.
Returns
We really hope you never feel like you have to return a Sweetie Pie Soaps product, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product please contact us by email.
If you receive a product from us that is defective, damaged or in any way faulty please contact us, and we will ship you a new order free of charge.
All Sweetie Pie Soap products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. The product must have minimal to no use, and you must still have the packaging.
Shelf Life and Product Information: Sweetie Pie Soaps products are made by hand with natural ingredients and no preservatives or synthetics. Because of this, the shelf-life of our products is limited, and we recommend that you use our products 12 months or sooner. We are sure that you will use your Sweetie Pie Soap products well before this time. However, our bar soaps last quite awhile, so take that into consideration, and share the love of Sweetie Pie Soaps as gifts! Essential oils are volatile so their scent will diminish over time. Colors may change or fade. Products may melt or be effected with exposure to heat or sun.
