November? Already? Yes, we have now reached the eleventh month of the year. For most people, it
marks the beginning of the winter holiday season, even though the winter solstice doesn’t happen until
late December.
In addition to Thanksgiving, there is so much to do and see and celebrate in November.
On the night of November 19, (overnight on November 18 for North America) there will be a partial lunar
eclipse, during which most locations will see up to 97% of the moon slip into Earth’s shadow.
Also, November 28 is the start of Hanukkah as well as the First Sunday of Advent. Do you or someone you love live in an assisted living community? If you want to do something special for friends and family who are assisted living residents, remember that space is at a premium. That means gifts need to be a challenge. It is best if your gift serves a purpose, takes up as little room as possible (or can be used up) and most importantly, makes the recipient feel fantastic.
Personal hygiene products, such as scented soap, lotion, body wash, foaming hand soap, or beard balm,
can leave your loved one feeling refreshed, comfortable and can lower the risk of contagion.
As you know, we love to play around with new products. Check out our bath salt ornaments which make great stocking stuffers and tree ornaments! Spend $50, and get a bath salt ornament for free included! Or buy one for only $2!
Watch our Facebook ads for gift packages. Please note that due to ongoing shipping delays, we urge
everyone to order as soon as possible.
Take care of yourselves and enjoy all the bounty of November.
